This place is the most honest jeweler in the Advance building and surrounding area. I have been shopping there for over 15 years, and not a single time has their price been beat. I always look forward to my next trip into Giorgio Conti. Recommended.
We bought a pair of 14k CZ hoop earrings for $300 at Giorgio Conti Jewelers on 8/15/08. The receipt says "exchange only." We returned the earrings and chose another pair this morning, 8/16/08. These were stamped "417" . We asked the gal (who claimed she was the owner) what the "417" means. She explained that this particular pair that we've chosen are from Italy, that they're 14k white gold with CZ stones. Being recommended by my cousin who bought his engagement ring from there as did his brothers and sisters come to Giorgio's for all their jewelry. I found out why this has been their jeweler for generations, the sales girls were delightful and felt very comfortable in their beautiful store.
