She yelled “Next! Next!” Throughout the office. She said “Let’s see if you’re still pregnant” when about to perform the blood work. She didn’t know my history. It was my first visit. That was extremely insensitive. She said to me and my husband, “I assume this pregnancy is wanted.” She’s racist and ignorant. Steer clear of Julie Glass.

I’ve been a patient for 2 years now and have had issues with the practice on several occassions. Dr. Glass is a competant physician, however, she has horrible bedside manner when it cones to her patients of color. She is dismissive, sarcastic and inpersonable towards her patients of color. I’ve experienced her attitude and demeanor completely change inbetween black and white patients. Her office staff is equally racist and less competant. This office has closed. Dr. Glass has new a new office in Rockville. Very nice and modern. Great Physician and very kind and caring. Helped me alot!

My biggest pet peeve when dealing with professionals, especially in healthcare, is being on time. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm and by 3:15pm I had to leave because I still hadn't even seen Dr. J. Glass. Not even to say Hi. This is not the first or second time I have had this issue with her. She should do better with the increments she schedules her patients in. It's safe to say, I will not be going back to her.
