I am nervous about visiting dentists. I don't like the scraping, cleaning, drilling, novacaine needle...none of it. I picked this dentist because their website reminded me of the dentist I had in Memphis that I was comfortable with. The receptionists when I arrived for my first visit were friendly, we chatted about horses while I filled out my paperwork and waited to be called back. The wait was only a few minutes. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
