Very unfair deposit process. Read the fine print or you'll loose hundreds of dollars. Dishonest employees.
The worst property management company I have ever worked with. The employees are dishonest and the application process is a scam. My husband and I applied for a property we were interested in. You have to pay the expensive deposit in order to apply... and they don't tell you this, but they don't give the deposit back unless your application is denied. Raw Sewage backed up through the entire rental property on a Saturday night. Then not only did we receive zero assistant after calling them repeatedly that night they called the police on us for harassment!!! We lost hundreds of dollars in damage!! Awful! We didn't receive assistance until Sunday morning in which they sprayed disinfectant on top of the sewage NO clean up!!
The best rental management I've ever dealt with! They are so helpful, understanding, and treat us like family.
I rented a CPM property for 3 years. I am so pleased with the service that I highly recommend this company. Any concern I had was addressed quickly and without hassle. After I moved out, they were very fair and prompt with settling my account. Thank you CPM ladies! God Bless You!
