Terrible on customer service
When we first contacted Laura at CPM, she was so friendly and easy to work with. We were happy to find a company that made us feel comfortable with our big move. I never imagined it being such a challenge to find a place willing to rent to family with a medium sized dog! At CPM our whole family was welcomed with open arms! This is a great company. They have been great to me and the staff is wonderful and helpful.
CPM has been nothing short of phenomenal. They are very professional and have always strived to answer questions, concerns and complete maintenance in a timely fashion. Ashley is who I have dealt with for the most part and has always helped with any problems I have had. She has made the moves I have made very smooth. Guys, if ur looking for help finding an affordable place to live, I highly suggest u go through Conquest. Out of all the places I've used in Tyler, they r the most helpful. They r happy kind-hearted individuals that take thier job seriously. Ashley and Ashlee r the ones who, to this day, make things go smoothly as I continue to rent out one of their properties. Thanks to them my family has an affordable home that we can live comfortably in. Go with Conquest I promise u won't be disappointed!
