Hands down, the best rental company! I have worked for CPM for years as an outside vendor. I have never worked for a better company. The management & staff have treated me like family from day one. I could go on forever about how this company is so organized and professional. Not only do I work with them but I also rent. They helped me find my dream home with ease and took care of the whole process. Best in town!
I do not rent from them. I am a homeowner in Whitehouse. I happen to live next door to a property that they”manage”. This place is in deplorable condition. Over the years I have gone in person to their office and have made them aware of the horrible condition of this place. It is always promised that they will look into it. Nothing ever gets done about it. It is the neighborhood eyesore. More than likely decreases the value of my property. If nothing is done soon, I will post pictures of this disgusting place.

This is the second home I’ve leased from CPM! My first home was wonderful and when I moved out, they were very fair about my deposit refund and I got most of it back. When I came back to find another home after relocating back to Tyler, they were just as easy to deal with and helped me out to get me in extra quick! I’ve only had a couple of maintenance requests and all of them were easy to put in and CPM was quick to respond and get it all taken care of. CPM has been managing our property for years. They do a great job of keeping us informed with monthly reports and one on one phone calls. They have a knowledgeable team committed to owners and renters.
I repeat do not rent from conquest they are trash...
August w/o AC is not an emergency for CPM. Not having hot water in February is not an emergency for CPM. Horrible.
