Conns on 3337 IH-10, East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015 & Warehouse I purchased what I thought was a NEW refrigerator on 1/30/2022 just to get it with no RACKS OR DRAWERS. That wasn't the end of my horrible experience! That ''NEW" appliance i bought was only to last me less than 48 hours! 2/4/2022 I still can't get a call back nor do I have a refrigerator at this time! Conn's Home Appliances were extremely helpful and professional with our purchase experience. From Sales (Pat *******,**) to the delivery service (Joseph *******) they were over the top knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I send alot of reviews, but this one was a very pleasant experience for me. Went to Conns to purchase a washer and dryer. Had a very good good experience from the time I purchased them to delivery where they installed the new ones and took my old ones away. Overall very satisfied with my experience at Conns
