Ordered a fridge and I confirmed delivery for Monday via email and I got an email notification saying I was confirmed. They never brought my fridge saying I didn’t confirm delivery and no I have to wait till Thursday. Such an inconvenience since I have to miss another day of work. I will never order from them again

I had ordered a bunk bed with the staircase that came with it. The product came damaged every time I received it. I told them I didn’t want it anymore and they told me that they would issue me a refund. I had ordered the product in early January and it is almost March. I haven’t received my money back. I called corporate and I told them that I either have my money back the week of Valentine’s Day or I’m taking them to court.
