Last time Am buying from Conns they been replacing my hub and screen 3 times already and they dont want to replace my fridge even tho I bought the warranty for it incase of an issue like this. I called the store from where I bought it 2 times to speak to a manager to see if they could help me out and it was worse they told me they couldn't even find me in the system!! They send a technician to replace the screen the second time and he didn't even know how to take off the screen i had to tell him there was a screw in the back... read more

I bought a sofa set and when the delivery was complete i sat on this sofa for about two hrs and when I got up it was so wrinkle it stayed . poor manufacturing and fabric and high price 2500. I payed cash. so disappointed, the cushions are poorly manufactured .
