This company doesn't care about there customers. I was struggling with making payments during the pandemic and ask for assistance. Not only did they not help with my situation but they are reporting inaccurate late payments to my credit report. I asked them to fix it and they refused to fix it.

Bad customer service. Does not keep appointments when scheduled. Will not inform or update status. Installation guys are not responsible and Conns does not hold them accountable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I purchased a furniture set from Conns as well as their repair agreement, As a selling point of their repair agreement, the salesman I was working with noted that if something was damaged, they would make three attempts to repair the item. If they couldn't, They would replace it. If they were unable to replace it due to no longer carrying the set, They would give an in-store credit for the entire purchase for reselection, and pick up the remainder of the set.
