Just not happy with the overall experience and with the quality of the product. $5000 and within 2 weeks it was already falling apart. Went through the warranty process and not impressed. Tried dealing with the store manager to resolve the issues respectfully and reasonably and have received 0/Zero response.
Conns is a great place to get what you need ranging from furniture to appliances staff is very friendly helpful.

I buds dishwasher frome store I payed for installation next they 2 guys showed very unprofessional no uniform no name tags no background check theay asked me for 150 dollars mor I dined it and they left I went to store gm Mr Shawn promised to fix the problem he didn't next day I called store another manager name Jeff was to route and hang up on me now I payed for washermashin and installation fee but mashin sitting in garage never had ba experience like this
