I bought a wall oven that according to the sales person, would work with the cook top I had. I explained I wanted it to go under the cooktop. Went home to find out the oven wouldn't fit, it would, only if I would put it on the floor! Came back to the store to return it and was charged 15% re-stocking ($269.99). I explained to the sales person that I didn't think it was fair given that I had explained to him what I needed and he said that oven would work for my needs. My first time being a Conn's customer and everyone was so friendly, very appreciative to have me as a customer and very knowledgeable. At the time of my purchase, Conns prices was the cheapest of all the other appliance stores around. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
