Was not going to shop at conn's again after a dispute over extended warranty decided to give them a second chance they performed well from the store to the delivery.

The people working at the store were courteous and helpful in selecting our purchase. The problem started when in less than a month after we purchased our living room furniture a recliner on our loveseat broke when we went to release it to recline. We bought the furniture in December of 2020. The recliner broke and we put in a request for it to be fixed. The first repair was done on 1-27-2021. My TV developed lines across the screen and the service department has come to my home twice to fix the TV. My TV is still not working. Conns refuses to replace my TV, when you ask for a service manager or supervisor they are always busy. Conn’s does not take care of their customers PERIOD. Oh to matters worse the TV is still under manufacturers warranty. If I could give them a zero I would.

Awesome customer service. We was in desperate need of a refrigerator and we called the store to see if they had what we was looking for. They did and when we got there the process was smooth and quick. Will definitely buy again from Conns.
