Delivered two hours ago…put a load in now won’t spin, rinse, it shut down completely. Store won’t help directed me to the Falklands to report the problem. Maybe in 72 hours I’ll here from ** manufacturer. Got to go and wrong out my wet load of clothes. Oh by the way I was rude so the hung Conns hung up on me. At this point I want my money back and this unit out of my house.!

Store and salesperson were great. But fro there, it goes downhill. Either the store or the delivery contractor lied to us. We were told our purchase would be delivered on Wednesday - it was not. Finally got it delivered on Friday morning. The delivery/setup crew were great. But in between, things fell apart. I actsuslly heard at least 4 different explanations as to wat happened. Worst company ever. Still charging me for something never delivered and they just try to sale something they don't have in stock.
Everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere was welcoming. The associate made sure I got everything I needed and it was delivered on time.
