Mr Rogers, was my associate, that handled my business from start to finish, I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that he demonstrated with my purchase and questions I had . I felt at home and not rushed, I didn't feel like I was being constantly watched like other business's I have been in , the store was clean and sales and prices were clearly marked. Very satisfied with my experience.

I purchased a Samsung washer/dryer combo from Conn’s in May 2020 and also purchased the extended warranty. Washer broke in January 2022 and have been going through the run around for the last four weeks trying to get it repaired or replaced. Will NEVER purchase anything from here AGAIN.
