They apparently have a policy to deliver DEFECTIVE items. A driver showed up a day AFTER delivery was scheduled, at dusk on a Friday. The "new" couch which I was paying $900 for had a HUGE hole in it! Driver said they told the dispatcher about the hole, but was told to deliver it anyway. They then told me they would deliver another on Sunday, and I told them that we do NOT conduct business on Sundays. Do NOT do business with Conns. Terrible customer service and overpriced furniture. I wish I never went into business with them. Trying to contact billing is so beyond ridiculous!!! And when they laugh at you when you explain your situation, it's very unprofessional!

Conns was very easy to work with. Their store representative was very helpful and not pushy. He listened to our needs. The techs who came out to deliver our appliances were great as well. We are happy with our service!

Conns was helpful and once we decided which washer and dryer to purchase, it was easy to set everything up. The process was simple and the delivery service was great. They hauled the old washer and dryer off and all of the staff were helpful, courteous and knowledgable.
