I went to Conns on Saturday the salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had been waiting for 3 weeks for a washing machine from another retail place. Conns helped me pick a washer and said it would be delivered Sunday between 3 and 6 pm. It was delivered around 4pm by expert delivery and installation personnel. I was washing clothes by 5 pm. Love Conns.

We appreciate the no pressure sales. Delivery was prompt due to inventory available, not like other places. One manual and and some small parts accidentally tossed by delivery men, but by next day they did their best and brought over copy of manual. Now that's good customer service!

It was a pleasant experience from Karen helping us with picking out our couch to the fine gentleman that made the delivery on time. In this day and time that never happens. Conns did what they said they would do and I appreciate that!
