Conn's in Corpus Christi is a excellent place to do business the employees are wonderful and very polite I was lucky the get a gentleman by the name of Westin he was very helpful I recommend Conn's in Corpus Christi.

Buying from Conns was enfoyful. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. The inventory was full and easy to pick from. Delivery was perfect from the courtesy call to the delivery. I was surprised since I live in an upstairs apartment. The whole journey was simple and essy.

My experience with Dale was excellent. He was informative, and followed up even after the delivery to be sire that the delivery went smoothly and that we were happy. That is top tier customer service that is very rare.

Justin was a great salesman. He listened and guided us to the right appliance on the first try. The delivery was something quite different. It was scheduled for Dec. 31, but when I called at the end of the day after no delivery, I was told it was scheduled for JANUARY 31! I said it needed to be delivered asap. I received it Jan. 1. Conn's called me at 8:30pm to see if I was happy with the delivery. I told her there was no ice or water. She said she'd call me the following morning to see if it was still not working. The employees have great customer service & just the overall experience was great. Prices better & delivery time was better. Lowe's told me 01.06.23 & they told me 01.01.23. I received my item that day, on time, & in perfect condition!!! I recommend for everyone to shop here!

I wanted to purchase an electric clothes dryer and applied for credit via Synchrony Bank. Conn’s went thru financing and were trying to put me in a rent-to-own program. I called and never rec’vd clarification on this. However, they requested my homeowner’s policy which is NOT required for a purchase. I canceled the entire process; beware of their unlawful practices. I don’t trust them and would not recommend their business!
