Conn's were very professional and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked thru the door.. I knew what I wanted, told the clerk he took me straight to it and the process was so easy and simple.. The staff were very courteous.. Also when they came to deliver the delivery guys were fantastic.. I will be making this my go to place for every thing .. Thank you staff at the Conn's in Conroe Texas

This last lease, I have with conns has been the worst experience of my life. They refused to do anything about the damage that was done to my television, I voiced to them what had happened the day the technician came out to work on my television. when this incident happened, I had the television for about 6 months. A conns technician came out to replace the speakers that went out on my LG 86 inch television. This store is a rip off full of liars that dnt keep they words and do as I was promised I'm being charge full year purchase with interest a purchase I made not even 5,000 worth final amount was 3469.96 since with out insurance I was charge insurance after I Said no the day of contract amd purchase my interest is 600 every month like I said is a interest charge from the beginning if the purchase not the 3 months after the year.. this is not even a real store is a innhouse credit they give you the day you go apply for actual c... read more
