Lets say really disappointed. We spent a lot of time in the store shopping for our new kitchen appliances. We finally decided on the black stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Loved the idea of black stainless steel. All but the dishwasher were delivered on Christmas eve around 1 PM. Our refrigerator door barely touched the woodwork on our wall and caused a blemish in the Black "STAINLESS" Steel. All black steel appliances are created with the same materials as stainless steel however, it has a matte black coating over the top to give it the desired finish. As far as appliance companies go the best service courteous salesman very nice installation team I am impressed. I never thought I'd buy anything from cons, but now you have a customer for life.

Perfect timing, perfect gentleman installed everything for me but I never received a text or email with delivery info only received an automated phone call with time of delivery. I was told I'd receive a message and never did!
