I love love love my bed. I was pre approved and Jack called and answered all my questions. I told Ethan exactly what I needed and he didn't try to up sell me. He listened and that was nice. The delivery was great. The guys brought it in and set everything up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

After years of being a loyal customer and sending others to Conn’s, we will go and send others elsewhere. We purchased a sofa, matching loveseat, 2 recliners, and an infinity game table in May of 2022. Five months later our sofa and 1 of the recliners broke. After contacting our sales associate about both pieces of furniture, a third party technician was sent out to do the warranty work. Ever since then it has been a complete run around.
