This is a nightmare! I went in last year to pay off my account for months early… They gave me the wrong payoff amount’. So I think my account is paid off but really they let 600 and some dollars sit there and turn into 4000 and some dollars! I’m literally in the middle of trying to find anyone after going to the store twice speaking to four people on the phone filing this complaint and nobody is doing anything! Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable and courteous Sales Representative. I shop Conn's for all of my furniture, appliance and entertainment needs. Delivery is very quick and always done in a very timely manner. Very helpful and customer oriented employees.

I was greeted at the entrance of the store by its staff, the sales associate was very professional, welcoming and thorough; I was able to get what I needed quickly and of great quality. The fridge I bought was delivered the next day in the morning and the delivery people helped remove my old fridge before setting up the new one. Happy experience.

We have bought a lot of things from Conn’s but this last time we bought living room furniture and the store told us 18 months interest free, our first payment was Nov. 2021 and I paid it off Nov. 13th 2022 and was charged the interest so called them and they said our interest free ended on Nov. 6th 2022 and I explained everything and they would not extend the offer for 1 week.
