I received first class service from my sales lady Rayshell. She was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable bout products and services she sells, great listener, understand standing bout what and why I want those products. Most importantly, she is truly honesty ,humble and has integrity. She only one I buy from at conns.

Let me tell you about this horror story. I ordered a fridge I never received the call that would notify me of the appointment or the drivers are close. The operator called me and asked if I was at the house the house is a brand new house and we were at the apartment. So we miss the delivery driver I called back and said we are here she said oh they left one minute ago. I said they couldn’t have because we literally was here at that exact minute. Tactics used to get you into the store and into something are sly. Read the fone print on all credit purchases, dont believe a wordthe salespeople say. I am now in a battle.tp remove negative credit info after they told me my last payment was a certain amount whoch i paid. Then called me 3 months later stating i still owed $39. I called to see what the issue was and thier account person messed up and they wouldn't take ownership and credit me the balance to close the account. Consumer beware: Do not buy from Conns and if you do don’t waste the money on the extended warranty they offer you because they will not honor it. I have talked to their corporate office who state they have no control over the situation that the store is the one who can offer us options and the store states they have no control over the situation corporate has to change the notes in the system for them to be able to assist us.
