The sales lady was very patient with me. I went to the store 3 times and on the third time I brought my furniture. The delivery team was early, he said the early bird gets the worm lol, but they were fantastic. They came in and set up everything how I wanted it set up and they were funny to be so early in the morning. Everything went great.

Frankly I'm worried. We were in a pinch. The deal sounded reasonable. Then after we closed the deal, the CSR rep informed us that if we pay on the agreed upon payment for the time window agreed upon, our 2500 dollar refrigerator will wind up costing 5000 dollars plus. Needless to say, we are going to try to pay it off fast.

Zero stars if i could. I purchase a brand new sound bar, installed same day and next day it stop working. Well since it is brand new it is under manufactured warranty, i called the store and spoke to manager they said "bring it in". So i brought it in the next day, thinking this issue can be solve such as basic switch or a refund and i buy a new one. No, so call manager crystal say it is " your headache, your problem." Horrible idea to buy from Conn's I was conned. First off I specified to the Sales Lady over and over again what I could afford for a mattress I could not stress to her enough my affordability and that did not stop her from upgrading my mattress to 3,0000 purchase and adding the warranty. The sales Lady from the Parmer location made me feel I was getting a deal and the mattress was on sale at an unbeatable price ballpark figure of $1399 that comes with a free comforter set. Terrible service the only thing that was good was the employee that sold me my washer. I waited in store for over 2 hrs. That was with a pre-approval and application already done. Got promised next day delivery then upon the time for delivery was called and told it would be the next day. So terrible experience from start to finish. When delivery finally arrived they were nice and fast with that after leaking water all over my floor and leaving it.

I purchased a window ac/ heat unit intending on it being a 18,000 BTU. The salesman convinced me to purchase the 23,800 BTU because the price wasn’t much different. The compressor on this unit is extremely loud so I had it checked out and Conns would not look at because it’s installed in the wall instead of the window. So I had to call GE. They claim it’s just a loud unit. Now the salesman should have known this because I sure did not. Now Conns has taken their warranty away because it’s not in a window.
