I was very pleased with the whole experience in doing business with Conn's HomePlus! My experience right from walking in the door to the salesperson that was very helpful the communication to keep me informed about my order status and right up to the delivery that was on time as promised and handled very professionally. Would definitely recommend!

The sales associate was very helpful and polite. They took care of everything in a timely manner and got a delivery date that worked perfectly into my schedule and on-time as well. I would recommend friends and family to check this store out because they have excellent service and everything is good quality for a good price!
I've been shopping at Conn's for 9+ years. They have always been nice and very helpful in explaining the products answering questions I might have. Very pleasant personal. I will continue to do business with them.

Frauds. They say I defaulted in my contract but won’t show me the section of the contract they are referring to. They say it’s in the addendum. I neither signed nor received an addendum. When asked to produce the addendum they would not. When I call I get transferred numerous times but never to a supervisor. I will make my own furniture before I buy anything else from them.

Delivery staff were helpful prompt polite and informative on questions. Suggestions sales staff needs to be aware of Delivery procedures.
