We purchased a carpet with home installation on 11/14/2022. To start off, the order got misplaced, when product arrived we were never notified, installers put the wrong padding even after we were very specific to sales representative (Joseph) about ehat we wanted and received his reassurance and guarantee of how it would be. Now the company claims the padding is the one we ordered (we never saw a sample of padding to compare differences and quality).
