The manager at the store named Jeremiah was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing! My expert with him was excellent!

I had a delivery and because I didn't check my table before they left and noticed a chip broke off on the corner of my table and I called to let them know basically my table cannot be replaced and that's sad. But it's okay ..

My experience has been horrible. We bought it almost 2000 TV three weeks ago from Conns in Texas. They delivered it the next day and when we asked the gentleman to open the box before they left to make sure the TV was OK, they refused and said it had already been checked at the warehouse, and it was fine. Unfortunately, we took their word for it. The next day, when we unboxed it and went to hang it, the remote was missing. We contacted them right away. Since I walked into to Conns plus store I was greeted by my sells clerk Leonard and was very helpful and courteous as well as respectful and made sure that the time I was in the store I was very well treated along with my granddaughter the delivery was exceptional also thank you so much Mr Valadez
