The delivery people did not have the tools to install my washer or remove the old one.. how can they not carry the tools if that is what their job is to install, and because of this I cannot use my washer it's been almost a week since washer has sat there while I wait till someone reaches out to me to make appointment to come out again and Install my washer..

My Husband and I bought a washer and dryer set from Conns. The washing machine was defective. It's been broke since 12-20-22. Jerry the manager at the Dunlap Store said he would fix it! He never called me back after I called several times! Today he said sorry can't help you! Then I cussed him out! Not three days in a row! I had just called him yesterday and today. My Husband is a retired disabled Phx Firefighter, he cannot pick anything over 10 lbs! We are senior citizens for God sake!

Great customer service. No pressure when picking out our washer our. dryer. We knew what we wanted and they didn't try to convince us to go more expensive. The guys did a great job in installation. They came on time everything was a great experience
