★★★★☆ I went to Connections during a Mental-health crisis, and I want to give an honest review from the perspective of someone who actually experienced the facility. Staff was caring but nurse practitioner should not be practicing mental health she had no bedside manner all she seem to do was look her nose down at me for God's Sake send her somewhere else or re educate her I was close to having a crisis I know we're not to go if I have one

the staff are generally great. some are little less formal than others. like literally you will have several staff members just hanging out and talking about their personal lives and trashing the facilities and amenities then there’s one staff member at the same time who is highly professional and is just focused on their job. the medication “urgent care” is concerning. like they can’t prescribe real anxiety medication. and the first time i went in they had someone else’s chart up the entire time and kept insisting that i wa... read more

Horrible place. Staff didn’t know what they were doing, I could tell. I had told a therapist here about my disorder, which is very commonly known, and she asked what it was. Food was disgusting. The staff LIED TO ME about my discharge plan. I wasn’t allowed to have a comfort item (example: stuffed animal). There weren’t any calendars or clocks around. And arguably worst of all, I wasn’t allowed to have pads or tampons. I’m sorry, but I could’ve gotten an infection! Overall, I do NOT recommend.
