Do not do business with this company. They have repeatedly told me that they do not have an option for termite control only. But if you call their customer service, their voice prompts ask if you are calling about termite control only. To get rid of a sales representative, I asked them to send me a contract. I found myself enrolled in their services for a year and charged for services I never wanted or agreed to purchase. I attempted to cancel my Orkin service contract and was informed that cancellations cannot be executed over the phone, and I was assured that I would receive a callback. However, rather than receiving this promised callback, a technician was dispatched to an empty residence and an unwarranted charge of $80.00 was imposed on my account.Such conduct not only strikes me as unethical, but it also gives an impression of deliberate disregard. We waited at our daughters house for 4 hours today waiting for Orkins to show up for first time *********************** NO ONE SHOWED UP and appointment was from 12:00-2:00. I tried repeatedly to call Orkins phone numbers that I used day before to set this appointment up but NO ONE ANSWERED. No one called. Yet my daughter gets an email after work today saying they were there!!!! They were NOT there cuz I WAS! Never using them again. A wasted day!
New reps from the company. They were thorough and did a good job.
Paid for service and follow up but will not call or do follow up appointment seeking follow up visit or reimbursement for another company to do what they refuse to do
I called during weekend and scheduled an appointment for inspection following Monday. They gave me **** am and took my e-mail and phone number. The guy on the phone was helpful.The inspector did not shoed at 8:30 am and I called to find a more accurate estimate, they told me the inspector will be close to 10 am. Nobody showed or e-mailed or called or SMS - no contact to tell me what is up. It looks like they are the opposite of the voice recording they play for you while waiting to talk to someone. Im one of Orkins old customers. Due to the termites making a return from the bamboo floor and swarming my two rooms, I called the company around May 24th, 2023 for termites re-treatment. They told me that they will schedule a date and inform me soon, but I havent heard anything since. I dont want the termites situation getting worse, so I called again on May 30th, 2023, and then they scheduled on June 27th 2023, about A MONTH later! The efficiency of the company really sucks!Why not preparing hiring and training more service... read more

This branch is the worst. I can NEVER get a person to answer the phone when I need them. We had an issue with clover mites, I called 3 times over 2 days and got routed straight to their voice message each time. So... I paid $468 for NOTHING! The spray that they provide, I could get that from Lowes or *********** If I would have know this I would not have wasted my time even contacting this company. Had I known the type of "services" they would actually provide, I would have saved myself 468 **** dollars ?? not only was the spray job half assed, I'm STILL missing 3 other trap boxes.
