RecommendedThe apartment complex is neat, with great amenities and facilities. The front desk staff is great and incredibly helpful, the management is responsive and communicative. I have no complaints.
Clueless management, poor communication, ridiculous renovations, maintenance usually makes it worse, overrun by animals... avoid.

I would give negative stars if I could. I live on the top floor of building 5 of this complex. I've lived with black mold over my bed since July (its now october) and I've written many emails about how its affecting my health and the health of my pet with no resolution. Alex Bendel is a joke of a manager. I will be contacting lawyers since I'm apparently now supposed to essentially vacate my apartment while they fix this health hazard that has been my life for 3 months. Worst customer service. They do illegal things like raise your rent $238. Which is illegal in DC. Rude. Unhelpful and scummy. Plus the apartment complex for anyone who wants to live and enjoy dc, is awful. Much better, less expensive more convenient apartments in dc. Don’t settle for their bullshit. You’ll be pissed if you move here
