Dr Patel is very good. Personable. Professional. Competent
The Dr. R Said exactly what was on his mind after cleaning my ears. He said to me next time don’t come to me. Not sure why he would say that. I didn’t think much of it at first. After thinking more about it he was rude and very unprofessional. I won’t be back.
no handicap doors very difficult if you're handicap to get in doors are heavy and you must hold it open one and done for us
Made a phone call to this office, and I called to ask a question and she barely could even say hello on the phone. She never even said her name and when I asked if I can make an appointment, she basically hung the phone up in my face, never even said have a great day never said hello none of the above she was very rude.
Disappointed in my experience this morning. This practice raises concerns for me around communication. I was running late for my appointment (driving from Hartford where appointments were not available) and I called the number provided - which instead of directing patients to the office, goes to a call center.
