Made a phone call to this office, and I called to ask a question and she barely could even say hello on the phone. She never even said her name and when I asked if I can make an appointment, she basically hung the phone up in my face, never even said have a great day never said hello none of the above she was very rude.

Disappointed in my experience this morning. This practice raises concerns for me around communication. I was running late for my appointment (driving from Hartford where appointments were not available) and I called the number provided - which instead of directing patients to the office, goes to a call center. Rude time-wasting staff who will keep you waiting for an hour for a scheduled appointment - no respect for patient time! Appointments are also hard to schedule, it can take months to get in, receptionists don’t follow up to phone calls, clearly don’t care about their jobs and look miserable. Don’t entrust your health to these lazy, greedy people.

Called a few days ago, I was transferred 4 times and still waiting for a call back. If you are considering this practice for hearing treatment, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They want to sell hearing aids, after that, you are on you're own.

Receptionist was extremely sick, coughing, blowing nose, sounded awful. No mask. As an immune compromised person, someone working in a medical office should know better and have the decency to wear a mask. Will not be coming back.
