Rude time-wasting staff who will keep you waiting for an hour for a scheduled appointment - no respect for patient time! Appointments are also hard to schedule, it can take months to get in, receptionists don’t follow up to phone calls, clearly don’t care about their jobs and look miserable. Don’t entrust your health to these lazy, greedy people.
Called a few days ago, I was transferred 4 times and still waiting for a call back. If you are considering this practice for hearing treatment, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They want to sell hearing aids, after that, you are on you're own.
Receptionist was extremely sick, coughing, blowing nose, sounded awful. No mask. As an immune compromised person, someone working in a medical office should know better and have the decency to wear a mask. Will not be coming back.
Dr. Moeller is nice, punctual, very attentive, and knowledgeable. And the office staff is always a pleasure. It's very hard to find a good doctor with great office staff-- this practice has both!
His Excellent team of doctors have performed surgery on me 2 times with the last one being reconstructive.Excellent follow up with true patient concerns. Highly recommended
