Painless car shopping. We have bought a number of automobiles at Conicelli. The facility is quiet, clean; the staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales person, Rick Basso, was outstanding in his warmth, demeanor and thoughtful manner in which he assisted us in purchasing our car. Although over many years we have bought cars at other dealerships, once we found Conicelli, we have come back a number of times. We were very pleased in the competent and sensitive way in which we were treated.
Great Experience!! I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle. My salesman, Thomas Brown worked with me throughout the entire process. I was very impressed from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly, there was a nice selection of vehicles to choose from and the paperwork process was not long and drawn out. I also liked the newer facility, spacious and modern. It was just a great experience!
buyer beware be sure you getting things in writing before leaving lot with a used car. i.e. scratches or marks there that need to be fixed before buying car.
Conicelli's Service starts at excellent and gets better It is normal to hear from a service facility what you need and why and what it will cost. SO Conicelli does. HOWEVER, Conicelli consistently lets me pull out of their very pleasant service environment with a feeling of great confidence that my Toyota is as good as possible. Service Excellence I started bringing my vehicle to Conicelli Toyota for service when I moved to the area. Even though I could go to another dealer located a bit closer I choose Conicelli based on previous experience with the service department. I was initially taken aback by the amount of people that the service area holds and supports at a given time but they proved that they are efficient and respectful of your time.
