AutoPayPlus Deception!!! I worked out a great deal with Steve Baker and was personally escorted to see a finance manager Johnathan Campo, to finish my purchase. Everything was fine during the visit- I spoke with Johnathan about my previous experiences buying Toyota vehicles and that the sales part has always been where things get fishy. Total disappointment !!!! My father was ready to purchase a car so I called the dealership after a online application, they stated he was approved for a loan I explained that my dad was elderly and sitting around for long periods of time would not be ideal for him. She stated it wouldn't take long when we arrived sales person was prompt but he printed out a list of cars and then stated he couldn't find anything, we didn't even take a look around the lot and the online cars I showed him he said was no longer available. Easy! The leasing of a new Avalon was a breeze with Tim Santo of Conicelli Toyota. He was able to get the car we wanted; worked with us in deciding to lease verses purchase; took time to explain the many great features of the car; and was generally patient and helpful in all aspects of the purchase. Great service ! I had the pleasure of working with Pete Papas. When I came to the dealership I really didn't think I would leave with a vehicle, I had little to no hope.
