Great experience Jacob and the entire staff at Conicelli Toyota exceeded expectations! Not looking forward to purchasing a minivan, Jacob was full of information and very helpful with choosing the appropriate vehicle for our family. Upon leaving the showroom during the day we picked up the vehicle, Jacob ensured both myself and husband we knew how to work out new joy ride! Great Experience at Conicelli Toyota Great experience at Conicelli, Isaiah picked out a selection of Tacoma's to drive and go over the payment options on each one, he wasn't pushy or trying to get me into a truck I didn't want. Great team! Paul Smith stayed in touch via email when I could not get to the dealership. John was very helpful in getting the appraisals closer to what I was looking for.' Dealship with integrity! You really learn more about how a business or person conducts themselves based on how they solve a problem. I had a situation where a young salesman misrepresented what was able to be done/added to a new car. I found this out a few weeks after I purchased the car, when what was agreed to was unable to be accomplished. I was furious and need to meet with management. Purchase of new 2016 Sienna minivan. I worked with Jacob Dank and his manager, felt I received a fair price for the vehicle I wanted. They listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to "sell" me something I did not want. They were very accommodating and patient with my schedule, which is usually hectic. This was my second purchase at Conicelli and I will most likely purchase from them again. They were terrific to work with!

Helpful and Stress free! I am in the middle of moving, sending another daughter off to college and having to find the right car to lease that is affordable.
