2018 Toyota Corrolla LE From the moment I walked in the doors of Conicelli Toyota I knew I picked the right dealership for my car purchase. Toyota Avalon I had a wonderful experience at Conicelli Toyota especially since I had a great salesman who helped me. Reyan Echon was the absolute best. i thought the facility was clean and cheerful, and everyone appeared to be very pleasant. Very excellent and professional service I went to their dealership because I received a pre-approval letter from capital one. I went to my appointment very skeptical of being "approved". The salesman, Pete, was excellent. He walked me thru my options, asked me what i was looking for and walked me they the entire process. Needless to say I left with my 2015 Explorer and a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Service John Sabatino went above and beyond with his customer service, he answered all of our questions and got back to us immediately. He was very attentive and made the car buying process a breeze. He didn't pressure us into getting things that we didn't need. I would highly recommend John and his entire team.

They don't follow through on their word We purchased a Rav4 from Conicelli and unfortunately purchased the paint protection package. The man who sells those packages used the example of getting a ding in the car door in the parking lot which would result in damage to the door, including dent and paint damage. When this actually happened to our car door, I called and the dealership refused to do anything. I explained how the salesman said it would be covered but they didn't budge.
