Best Buying Experience Ever!!!!!!! I was shopping for the new Toyota C-HR. I was searching on the internet through true car and Courtney from Conicelli internet sales contacted me. Best experience ever I called 6 dealerhips to buy a new Prius V online at a predetermined "out of the door price"; all but Conicelli gave me from neutral to obnoxious attitude and asked for at least $2,000 more. Conicelli's sales rep. Lori Hammond was pleasure to deal with; she called me later and gave me price very close to what I asked and arranged all paperwork before we came to pick the car. Do not buy from them Horrible place to ever do business salesman lack knowledge of selling and sales manager job Hammond and Mike are a joke. I stayed there for 3 hours hoping to get a car then I was told I did. 9t quality. I was called back in cause of my experience and was push through the system to get approved then 2.5 weeks later called back to return the car cause my wife quit her job which was illegal for then to do after so many days....save your money and time and shop else where..trust me
Reyan Echon I am a 35 year old woman and walked into the dealership alone. I was treated with respect and never pressured to purchase. I was undecided on purchasing or leasing and Reyan Echon took the time to discuss my options . He was patient, respectful, informative and a genuine, caring person. He went over and beyond finding the vehicle I liked within my price range. I purchased a 2017 RAV4 Limited Edition and LOVE driving again!
