I’ve been going to Dr. Steve/Nancy since 2020. They were by far the best but I don’t know what’s happened over the last few years. Dr. Steve does not respond to messages, receptionists aren’t friendly and I have not gotten my important medication refilled after many attempts over the phone and in person! I hate to say I will not go back to this place and I don’t recommend anyone go anymore. I would’ve recommended years ago but this practice has had a bad downfall.
Been with Dr. Steve and Dr. Nancy since 2011. Dr. Steve delivered both my children in 2019 and 2021. Both have such compassion and love for what they do. I will not go to anyone else. Highly recommended.
I had scheduled an appointment with them for Thursday January 29th at 1:40pm online and everything was good, did the online check-in and everything. I was ready to go for tomorrow. Well, I get a call this morning saying that the date and time i picked wasn't for new pts and that if I kept it, it would mess the whole schedule up. Providers and staff are very attentive!
Do NOT use this office. First appointment they gave me the wrong address, when I showed up late they would not see me. Then they asked me to reschedule the 2nd AND 3rd appointments I tried to make. So after 3 months of waiting, I was never seen by them. Awful healthcare.
