I have been a patient at this clinic for the past 3 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received. The office is always impeccably clean, the online check-in process is very easy, and the reception staff are incredibly kind. I am currently pregnant with my first baby, and I have felt very well cared for throughout the entire process. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If the 2 star rating wasn’t already alarming to you then please read this review before you think about booking an appointment. I booked an appointment for an IUD insertion which got rescheduled TWICE. Once, THE DAY OF my appointment because the person who booked it was new and booked it wrong. Fast forward to the rescheduled appointment (literally a month later), I’m at the clinic, physically in the waiting room and they call me saying the appointment needs to reschedule my appointment AGAIN. Worst receptionist, been trying to call but put on hold for more than 15 minutes.
I have been going here for years . Dr.Steve Has delivered all 3 of my kids . He has shown me nothing but kindness and compassion .I see Jinkal the PA as well . She is awesome . She always takes time to listen to my concerns . These two are both awesome . I love the treatment they have given me over the years . I feel comfortable when going and can always make an appointment with ease . I can truly say that this place has always been convenient and the Dr.Steve and Jinkal have kept my anxious mind at ease .
