Due to a change in my insurance me and my wife had to go to a different dentistry as Concord Mills was not accepting the insurance then we have. Otherwise ever since we moved into Nolensville, my family is been visiting Concord Mills and we will continue that. Me and my wife had some painful experience from the other dentistry but the same treatment in concord mills was so easy and pain free. We will recommend Concord Mills to our friends. Way to go Concord Mills Staff and Doctors. You guys rock!!!
I love the staff at Concord Mills Family Dentistry. Their office is gorgeous with cutting edge equipment. They are always punctual and friendly and take excellent care of me.
This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I have always HATED anything about going to the dentist. I believe that I will probably overcome that with you. I think I will be comfortable enough to follow the 6 mos cleaning schedule covered by my insurance and taking care of any other issues. Would you please, double check with my insurance regarding the 12 month wait for the top left tooth - I know the bottom right tooth was pre-existing problem due to poor procedures from Kellye Rice and would probably not be covere... read more
The accounting and billing documents have at times been very conflicting and confusing but I think I have a handle on it now -- your staff is superb! I am sending my daughter to you when she is in town on her school break -- wanted to make sure she has Holly who is fantastic -- she is definitely a keeper! Just recently moved to Nashville and discovered that a previous filling had fallen out. Went to you place of business as it is close to my house, so glad I did as I was able to make an appointment almost immediately & when I saw the dentist for my appointment he comfirmed that my filling had actually fallen out. I was in the dental chair less than 20 minutes and had my filling replaced. The dentist then took the time to chat with me to see where I was orignally from and how I had gotten to Nashville. Pleasant, even for a dental appt.
My only concern is that there are no disposable, protective coverings on the overhead light handles. These may be touched by personnel's "contaminated" hands when adjusting the light during procedures. Subsequently, patients are exposed to the previous patients' salvia, blood, etc. Are these handles decontaminated between patients?
