Swift service; extremely knowledgable; friendly.
Dr. Kendrick and the staff are awesome.
The staff on average was vey nice but I was disappointed by the dental hygienist's reaction to my nervousness about getting X-rays. She didn't take the time to understand the complete picture of my unhappiness about getting the X-rays and instead was dismissive and flip about it. This was not the first time I've gotten X-rays and my experience thus far has been an extremely unpleasant one. the dental hygienist was friendly and did a good job on my cleaning but was dismissive and disrespectful to my daughter when we explain her challenges with gab reflex and x-rays. My has had truble for many years until we got terrific service and care from our previous dentist in Portland. My daughter had lost her fear. I'm sure the hygienist was trying to minimize the conversation by dismissing our concerns but the result was that my daughter and I felt that we were not being heard and that her concerns were not valid. A very pleasant, efficient office
After having unnecessary and poorly done dental work, I was nervous about seeing another dentist. Dr. Kendrick is honest and straight-forward. It is pleasant office environment as well.
Holly was great. She came in early to accomidate my schedule.
Holly was a pleasure during my visit and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. I highly recommend her and this facility.
I always have the best experience during my appointments. The staff is so great with my 2 kids
