Everyone there is always positive, cheerful and welcoming. I've never had to wait very long and they do a great job of getting you taken care of quickly and carefully.
I am looking forward to more days available for appointments. I know you are adding them in April. That would be the only thing I would suggest. I haven't had work done yet so I only did the three stars until I have my cleaning and dental work done. Overall it was a great atmosphere inside and made me feel comfortable.
My only complaints: the hygienist would place the cleaning tools on my chest rather than use the tray beside me. While she was very nice, I felt this was not the most professional practice. I've never had anyone do this before, so I would ask that it not become a habit. Also in the past, I could watch TV during my cleaning. For some reason this was not offered.
Though it was a brief visit to diagnose a problem tooth, I was impressed with the facility and people at Concord Mills Dentistry. They quickly accommodated me when I was in pain and referred me to a specialist who was equally impressive. I plan on continuing to receive dental care from this establishment and would recommend them to friends and family in the area.
Holly was great! Very friendly and she did not hurt me when cleaning my teeth.
Every time I go to Concord Mills Family Dentistry I am welcomed by friendly ladies at the front desk. I never have to wait past my appointment time. I'm always pleased with the work of the hygienist and Dr Kendrick. And I never feel like they try to talk me into procedures that are expensive for no good reason. I recommend this practice to everyone in the area!
