Everyone in the office is very nice and very professional.
The hygienist was excellent but the receptionist (Jessica) wasn't very personable and when she called to set up the appointment I was told I could go ahead and get the cleaning done and hold off on the scaling, which was fine and one of the reasons I agreed to schedule the appointment. When I arrived the hygienist was only set up to do the scaling. This was a little frustrating only because of what I was told and what I was prepared for both mentally and financially. To be honest before placing the patient in a chair but not after, when it's too late. I really do not need your excuses after you charged almost $200 for child check up telling me I did not have dental insurance for kids. I called my insurance company to figure out what was going on and found I have full coverage. Came back to you and heard "we do not accept COVER KIDS".
