Just had our first visit. Arrived and greeted immediately. Checked in and in a room within 3 minutes. Very friendly, very efficient staff. Comfortable, clean environment. Doctor and nurses were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs emergency care!!

Yesterday evening I was having TERRIBLE side pain and had my husband take me to Shannon ER � the waiting room was a hot mess full of people holding barf bags and kids running around. I waited about 10 minutes and said “Let’s go to Concho Valley ER”. At Concho Valley ER, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The staff at Concho Valley ER made all the difference in the world when our child was sick in the middle of the night. We were seen with absolutely no wait and my daughter left with a smile at 4 in the morning, thank you!
The staff at Concho Valley ER definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!! They take the words sweet & patient to a whole new meaning!. They made my visit extremely easy and as comfortable as possible!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to any and everyone!
