RecommendedTruly the 4 Seasons of ER’s in San Angelo. I can’t thank the staff enough for their thoroughness, kindness and Consideration from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The doctor took so much time with us explaining things but more so then that he listen and heard and he acted upon our Concerns. This is the ONLY ER to go to in San Angelo for quality care. Myself and my children have been and they are absolutely outstanding in their care. They are prompt and thorough and actually listen and care for their patients beyond measure. Thank you so much to all of the nurses , techs , and doctors .
The care here could not be more exceptional. Phenomenal staff that helped an anxious mom immediately feel calm. They literally held the front door open while I ran my 3 year old in with a busted head. They are amazing! This is my 3rd time here since they have been open, and every single experience has been like this.
#1 place to go in San Angelo! Very professional, excellent service, and very thorough.
Brought my daughter in for an allergic reaction. We were in and out within an hour. Everyone on staff was so friendly. From start to fun, all of the staff and Dr. Neal really listened to my concerns about her reaction. I will definitely use them again for any emergencies.
I had a great experience at this ER. I smashed my index finger in a pipe cutter so I wanted to get it x rayed, walked in was taken right back and treatment began immediately, they drilled my fingernail to release pressure and took an x ray. I saw the X-ray definitely broken, put a splint on it and releases with some meds. Great experience great staff. Fast forward 2 months to this week when I saw the EOB for BCBS, they billed my insurance $10800 for 30 mins worth of services, $2400 for a 3 view x-ray of my finger! Freaking r... read more

they billed my insurance company 7200.00 to take a fish hook out of my thumb. didn't have to cut just deadened it and pulled it out. this is friggin ridiculous
We made a visit to CVER last night after my husband dislocated his shoulder and we couldn’t get it back in place ourselves. Dr. Speck was amazing as well as the rest of the staff! They got us right in, and were very thorough. The service was exceptional and if we ever need an ER visit again, Concho Valley will be our first choice!
