RecommendedJust fantastic care. I’ve been twice and both times got in immediately and was diagnosed and treated within an hour. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone is so sweet and caring. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Concho Valley ER. We were seen almost immediately, the entire staff were wonderful and made us all feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Speck did an awesome job and his nurses were super friendly and helpful at keeping our 3 yr old calm for his first set of stitches. I am so glad we decided to give them a try!
Concho Valley ER is the best ER I have ever been too. Dr. Carroll and Dr. Neal are wonderful doctors amd took really good care of me while I was there and over night in Observation. There staff are so friendly and you feel welcome there and not like a pest. I would recommend Concho Valley ER to everyone. Thank you Dr. Carroll and Dr. Neal for all your help and making me feel welcome. Was having chest pain, knew it most likely wasn’t a heart attack but knew something was wrong! Great service, friendly staff and knowledgeable people! Dr. Speck and the rest were top notch and had knowledge of my health problems, of which one is very rare! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each of you for taking excellent care of me! If I lived in San Angelo each of you would get a rib eye dinner with all the fixings cooked by my husband and I! Again, Thank You All!

I went in because of serious knee pain. I was seen immediately. Xrays and results within 15 minutes. Treatment shortly thereafter. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in about an hour!! I highly recommended Concho Valley ER!! 5 Star Rating from me!!!
Came in because of an asthma attack. They came immediately took me back hook me up to a breathing machine! Everyone who was working was very nice very professional. If I ever had an emergency I would definitely want to come here again. Thank you!
