Great care- everyone was friendly and we were the only patient there at the time so we were in and out within an hour. They were patient and so good with my three year old who is not the best patient. I would definitely recommend Concho Valley ER.
Dr. Walt Carroll is an amazing physician and makes visiting the ER so much more pleasant with his humor and good bedside manner! Tonight was the third visit to the ER in the past two months, and each time we were out within 45 minutes or less! We have been very pleased with their services!
The staff was very helpful and courteous!! Dr. Speck and the nurses did everything they could to resolve my issue in a very timely manner and were very thorough with explaining what was going on and answering my questions. Would definitely recommend and though I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, I would not hesitate to make this my first choice for my ER needs if they should arise!!
Thankful you were open Christmas morning! I was having trouble breathing and was treated fast. Everyone was super nice even though they were giving up Christmas morning in order to help me!
Love, love, love Concho Valley ER!! The facility is very clean, the staff is SUPER friendly and the doctors are simply amazing!
It sucks to have the flu, but the staff there was amazing! While every other walk-in clinic had 2-3 hr wait times we walked right in, and were seen immediately. Nurse Zach, tech Eli, Dr Carol, receptionist Maria, and I'm sorry I don't remember the nurse that discharged us name, but you guys were quick, thorough, and courteous! Thank you!
