Fast and friendly!! Recommend Concho ER to everyone.
All of the staff, nurses and front desk - especially dr. SPECK have been magnificent. It is not often these days you find doctors that take the time to understand their patient. I was not rushed and was treated with great care. Thank you Concho ❤️

Can't say enough how impressed I am with Concho Valley ER! I was treated with kindness and respect from the moment I arrived. Not once did I feel like my condition was not worthy of the staffs attention. Dr. Speck was amazing. He followed up my visit with a courtesy phone call which I appreciated so much.
Dr. Heinbecker was awesome, stitches are VERY well done. Everybody is very friendly, if I ever need emergency assistance again I will be here.
I had to go to the ER for some testing..... was refered to Concho Valley ER. The doctors, nurses and staff were so friendly and made what usually is stressful a more pleasant time. They were all very professional and took time to answer questions. I will definitely go to this ER if Ibever have the need again. Thank you all for taking such good care of me last night.
