The service was amazing and enjoyed seeing Dr Heimbecker , Friendly and felt that we were given the best care, HOWEVER, our insurance was a mess and the billing company was not easy to work with,, Eventually we were taken care of in the billing end,, Medical service was amazing and the billing needs some work , but still rate 100%

Went in Saturday morning at 7:00am in pain with an eye issue. Everyone, without exception, was courteous, caring and professional. I walked out at 8:00am, in much better condition than going in. Cost was reasonable, less I'm sure, than traditional ER services. Thank you all, very much, for the excellent care.
This ER is the best! They treated us like family when we took our almost 2 year old son in for an allergic reaction. They are really quick and Dr. Neal was so great with our little man!
