This is a Great establishment for our community! The staff was so nice, helpful and fast. As soon as I walked in they pulled me back to get worked up. I felt horrible coming in, now I’m leaving feeling so much better! Definitely will come back if needed!
I will start this review by saying my health isn’t the best. I’ve seen my share of doctors in different healthcare establishments. I’ve been to Concho Valley ER in the last 3 months for various reasons from migraines to EXTREME pelvic pain at 3am. This is my experience with EVERY visit: welcomed by front desk staff immediately with a friend smile, placed in a room by a nurse immediately, vitals are taken immediately, doctor is in the room within 3 mins, treatment is explained then treatment is followed. There is no waiting and they get you in and out.
Not only was it quick, but everyone was soooo friendly. Dr. Speck was amazing as well as all of the nurses. They could tell I was nervous so they were cracking jokes to calm me down. When it came time to realign my toe, Dr. Speck answered all of my questions honestly. He flat out told me the numbing shot was going to hurt but the realignment would not.. and he was right. When they took the X Ray after fixing my toe, you couldn’t even tell there was anything wrong to begin with. I definitely recommend Concho Valley ER!
Feeling terrible with cough and cold/flu symptoms. I absolutely love the pros at Concho Vally ER. They treated us like family and we were in and out with all we needed to beat this cedar fever. Pricing was more than fair and I will continue to rely on them for any unexpected illness in our family. They actually wanted to help us instead of the usual 3 hour wait and blank stare at the walk in clinic. Go see these guys.

Absolute best customer service. They put the patient first and everything else comes later. Went in for an excruciating migraine, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, even turning of lights and whispering to help ease the pain. Dr speck came in as my vitals were being taken. You cannot beat their efficiency and hard work. Made a terrible night a little better with their smiling faces!
We unfortunately had to visit Concho Valley ER on Thanksgiving day. From the moment we came in they were kind, helpful, and got us taken care of. In the mess of stuff I forgot my wallet and the front desk clerk was so helpful with letting me email her my insurance and stuff from my phone. The nurses were so kind to my little girl who was scared that her wrist was broken. The doctor was five stars. He was into our room almost immediately.
