DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY 🚨 Absolutely terrible experience. Anything that breaks under $200 somehow becomes the tenant’s responsibility. Every single time there was an issue, M sent the same handyman and magically the bill was always “under $200” — even when the actual repair should’ve cost more. As a tenant, CRI acts as a middle man between our landlord and us. So far, we are unimpressed with them — slow response time (even on emergency repairs), hypocritical behavior (i.e., asking for a showing in 24 hours when we have 5 outstanding requests that they have not dispositioned), and major headaches/disputes when requesting reimbursement for repairs as per the lease. I've been a landlord and rented several luxury apts over the past 5 few years and these people are the worst. I had the place professional cleaned and on exit they charged me $1700 for cleaning, painting - there were some scuff marks, I didn't hang any pictures as I knew I would be there just a year, and to replace a light bulb. They are slow in responding to any communication and seem to look for every opportunity to extract money from you. I have never in my life had a landlord or any sort of professional relationship be this unprofessional. These people are scammers. They will add things onto your security deposit claim at the end that are completely false and made up just to keep your money. When you try to work with them to get things done, they are unresponsive and rude. The manager of the group is the most mean lady I’ve ever spoke to in my life.
