I have never in my life had a landlord or any sort of professional relationship be this unprofessional. These people are scammers. They will add things onto your security deposit claim at the end that are completely false and made up just to keep your money. When you try to work with them to get things done, they are unresponsive and rude. The manager of the group is the most mean lady I’ve ever spoke to in my life. Do not rent with them they steal security deposit at end of lease. Long history of this on the Internet
RENTER BEWARE! Read the reviews. This management company is a complete SCAM and from the other reviews, they have a history of not returning deposits or taking a huge chunk of their deposit citing improper cleaning fees and repairs for things that do not cost nearly as much as they are claiming. They are unjustly withholding around $3,000 of my deposit for patching up a few nail holes (which I patched up before I left btw), a little paint, changing the vent filter ($25 lol) and cleaning? Realty agent from concept international realty very unprofessional an unethical, didn't want to show me her listed property because I was working with a realtor, she told me just send an offer without allowing a chance to even see the property, that's crazy don't use these unethical agent and complain
