RENTER BEWARE! Read the reviews. This management company is a complete SCAM and from the other reviews, they have a history of not returning deposits or taking a huge chunk of their deposit citing improper cleaning fees and repairs for things that do not cost nearly as much as they are claiming. They are unjustly withholding around $3,000 of my deposit for patching up a few nail holes (which I patched up before I left btw), a little paint, changing the vent filter ($25 lol) and cleaning? Realty agent from concept international realty very unprofessional an unethical, didn't want to show me her listed property because I was working with a realtor, she told me just send an offer without allowing a chance to even see the property, that's crazy don't use these unethical agent and complain
As a property owner & landlord myself, I have never dealt with an unprofessional & scam of a property management company. I have more than enough recorded documentation and evidence to justify that not only myself but many others were scammed (see reviews below). I have had multiple communications via email that were never followed up with and they decided to take most of our security deposit. I rented my apartment through Concept from 2015 - 2018 on brickell and had a great experience. My wife and always to communicate with them and they were always very helpful. Even through a massive hurricane and recently having new baby. They were very patient with us as tenants! I’m grateful! Recommend this business to anyone looking for a good management company.
